Sri Krishna Sabha,Mumbai published the Book ," Sri Lakshmi Sahasram ' slokas with Tamil comprehension for each chapter on 10 Dec 2007. The Audio CD of these stotras recited by Sri Vedanta Desika Mahila Samithi,Mumbai was released on 5 June 2008, the Thirunakshtram day of Srimad Andavan.As the Virodhi varusha Thirunakshtra Utsavam of H H is fast approaching, the sabha & the samithi have organised for Laksha Deepam Festival with the blessings of H H Srimad Andavan.The festival starts with lighting of 10 000 Deepams on 13 Apr 2009 (Tamil new year day ) at Srinivasa Perumal Temle,Dombivali and repeated on all subsequent Tuesdays and Fridays. One Lakh Deepam festival will conclude on Sunday,17 May 2009 in the divine presence of H H Srimad Andavan with Mangala Haarthi and Anugra Bashan by Srimad Andavan.
