Sriman Shathakopa thathacharya swamy of Kanchipuram has released a VCD of

Swamy Thuppul Deshikan's Thirunakshatram celebrations. The VCD has a very

high aesthetic appeal and is technically superb. The entire thirunakshatra

vaibhavam of Swamy Deshikan is followed in the background by a well versed

tamizh commentary. The CD begins with the brahma muhUrtha thirumanjanam to

Swamy Deshika and continues into the mangalashasanam celebrations. Each and

every aspect of Swamy mangalashasanam at Varadaraja perumal koil is very

beautifully captured and saampradayically rendered. The CD concludes with

Swamy's Pushpa Pallakku vAhanam and later with Koil Deshikan mangalashasanam

of Devapperumal.
