There live a plenty of them who do not respect the eternal

pramANams. They know how to ask questions and how to argue

beautifully, however useless the arguments be.

With these people around, vEdAntam could not flourish. Only with the

arrival of nammAzhvAr and his nectar-like pAsurams pouring

abundantly, vEdAntam got its life back and started to thrive very

well.

to `paramaikAnti' status. They will get a crystal clear knowledge of

our parama vaidIka matam. All their agyAnam will vanish away. They

will not even turn to the direction of dEvatAntarams.. At the same

time, they will not expect anything in return from the Lord

SrImannArAyaNA, except for gyAnam and bhakti towards His lotus feet.

knowledge only for material benefits, there are the followers of

nammAzhvAr who would expect nothing in return for their pure love

towards the Lord.
