Religious book release on 12/12/2009 at Chennai

For Kind Information and attending the function for all in Chennai:A Book Release Function will be held at Sri Brahma Tantra Swatantra Parakala Swami Matam (Parakala Mutt), Sri Lakshmi Hayavadana Bhavanam, 45-46 Vedanta Desikan Street (Pala Thoppu), Mylapore, Chennai 4 on 12/12/2009 (tomorrow), Saturday, at 3 pm.

The book, titled, 'Sri Vedanta Desikan Thaniyanum adhan Etramum', is a detailed treaty on the two-line sloka on Sri Vedanta Desika, Ramanuja daya Patram Thaniyan.  The book contains rare materials collected from a book published in 1947 by Sri Setlur Narasimhacharya Swamigal and titled 'Desika darsana ratna Deepa Prakasikai " (First part).

 

The book is published by Samam Parthasarathy of Srirangam.  His contact details are 12, North Chittirai Street, Srirangam, Tiruchi 6; Phone: 0431-243 3941, Mobile: 9840572451.  The function will be attended by great Sri Vaishnava scholars including Villur Karunakarachariyar, Chennai and NSR Swamigal of Bangalore.
