A new sanidhi for Thayar Mahalakshmi is now added to the temple complex

at Sri Ahobila Mutt, Chembur, Mumbai.The Maha Samprokshanam was

performed on friday,9 Feb 2007 in the presence of His Holines Srimad

Azaghiasingar.Thousands of devotees from all over Mumbai/ New mumbai

attende the ceremony to receive the blessings of Mahalakshmi Thayar and

Srimad Azaghiasingar.The ceremony was conducted with elaborate events

participated by scholars that included vedic chanting,maha poornahudi at

yagasalai,mangalasasanam by the Acharyan at the new sannadhi of Thayar

and the grand event of Maha samprokshanam.His Holiness attended all the

functions starting from the morning aradhanai and looked very

cheerful.Kalyanothsavam was also held in the evening for Lord Prahalada
