Seshatvam to bhAgavatAs is the PurushArta kAshTai. This can well be understood from tiruvAimozhi pAsurams such as `neDumARkaDimai'(8.10.1), `payilum suDaroLi'(3.7.1) etc. (`mikka vEdiyar vEdattinuT poruL' as mentioned in kaNNinuN chiruttAmbu pAsuram is nothing but bhAgavata SEshatvam.) NammAzhvAr pAsurams have all the qualities required for an outstanding prabhandam. His prabhandams are here to explain the vEdAs. They always bring us the anubhavam of bhagavat kalyANa guNAs. The base for these prabhandams is the rahasya trayam encompassing ashTAksharam etc. Pearls from the poems: When one goes through AzhvAr pAsurams, he can experience the kalyANa guNAs of perumAL and can empathize that bhAgavata SEshatvam is the quintessence and ellai-nilam of bhagavat SEshatvam.
