Guest guest
Sat Nam Susan, If you re-read your own post as if it were written by someone else you will have your answer. You seem to be expecting this response from your calf so what else could it do? Instead may I suggest you send lots of healing love and acceptance to your legs. You might try Ra Ma Da Sa or Maaaaa Meditation. Blessings, Guru Ravi

**************************************
AOL now offers free email to everyone. Guest guest
There is a technique of stretching that engages both the sore muscles and the other muscles that are part of their group (synergists) in functioning as they should that may help you. We learned about these stretches in massage school, and they can be extremely effective at alleviating pain. You can try to find a massage therapist that knows and uses these PNF stretches (proprioceptive neuro-muscular facilitation, a mouthful!) If you are in Pittsburgh, feel free to e-mail me and I can provide you with the names of practitioners who are very capable and experienced with PNF stretches. If you look for sports massage therapists, they are more likely to know these techniques. Sat Nam! Pritam

**************************************
AOL now offers free email to everyone.
