Poor circulation?

Sat nam!

 

I can't seem to get midway through certain poses without my feet tingling

and cramping up. Any ideas about how to improve whatever condition may be

causing this?

Hawthorne berries improve circulation. You can get it in tea form. Alvita

is one company that sells it in bags, or visit your local herb shop. Also,

exercises like separating your toes with your fingers or wearing the toe

dividers (the ones for polishing your toenails), rolling your feet over a

tennis ball, wiggling your toes, and picking up things with your toes

(like pencils) can also help. Hope this helps.
