Sat Nam Soniya,

Yeah, several of us wondered where you were (??). Wow, that was

Very sorry to hear about the demise of your husband

Are your in-laws in Ulhasnagar, also? Are you or they Sindh?

Things are very difficult for a Indian woman who has lost her husband,

for whatever reason. This is no secret. Your in-laws have taken your

property, know the system and will exploit it to their advantage. I

would strongly urge you to consider coming back to the US if you haven't

lost your status. I don't know if you had a Green Card or whatever, but

your son was born here, so he probably has US citizenship.

Numerologically, this is a good year for you to make a new start and for

you to take a risk, perhaps something entrepreneurial. Relate through

your courage and Radiance, and through a Joy not unlike that of a child.

Eat lots of watermelon, or you might even consider a watermelon fast of

three days. It must be getting warm in Mumbai, by now, so this will not

be difficult. This will rejuvenate and soothe your kidneys and adrenals

which have been taking a beating for a quite a while now, judging from

your circumstances. Draw whatever comfort you can from the fact that you

are with your parents/family.

Tune in with the Adi Mantra, then do a good navel set, like Nabhi

Kriya ( kundalini yogakyt09.html ) also in " Transitions

to a Heart Centered World by Gururattam Kaur " and bless yourself and

your experience with 22 minutes of chanting afterward. Check out the

Brainwave Meditation -> kundalini yogakyt22.html

Do this in the Amrit Vela, starting well before the sun rises, and

hopefully well before your son awakens. Do Paath, like Japji beforehand

It would be good for you to do 5 mins of Archer Pose on each side (with

Breath of Fire) as part of the warm-ups, before you do Nabhi Kriya. come

into Baby Pose afterward for several minutes. The Archer is real

important for what you're dealing with simply as a woman and for this

point in your cycle. There is no way you can NOT do Archer Pose, and it

is one of those postures Yogiji says women, in general, need to do

everyday anyway.

More suggestions are included below.

You could work here. You might have to start out at $7 to $10, but you

shouldn't have to deal with your irrational in-laws and you will have

more opportunities provided you can find or create a network of

like-minded folks. This is not an easy situation but you can find a

peace regardless of what you choose.

Know that you are blessed simply because you are here asking these

questions!

And for God's sake don't drop off the map for another four years.

Please stay in touch,

Sat Nam,

P.S. How's your father? Is there still a picture of Yogiji in the house?
