Guest guest
Hello, I am new here. Even though I was born and raised a Sikh, I don't have much knowledge of my heritage. After giving birth to my boys (who are now 22 months) I became ill. Since that time, I have changed a number of things in my life. How I eat, how I think, and most of all I understand what it is to be truly grateful. I have found a KY class, not to far from me. I don't know where the instructor trained, she doesn't wear white. But it is a start for me. My friend has spent lots of time at yoga west, and has encouraged me to explore KY. I was wondering if someone would mind telling me if there are postures for high blood pressure. And what are some ideas that a KY practitioner would have about pain. I have lots of organ pain, and I do lots of meditation. I have small children, so I only take pain meds at night if I need them. I have felt my energy body get smaller and smaller, and I find that after a class I can comfortably take up space. Sat Nam, Neelam
