I would recommend Kundalini Yoga for the Heart, which is in the book, " Radiance and Victory, A Woman's Way to Prosperity " . It is a wonderful book of kriyas and meditations for women. Your mother may not be able to do the exercises with the legwork on the floor, but she could do the arm work sitting in a chair. This set specifically helps to regulate the heartbeat and the breath and could be most helpful and beneficial to your mom. I would also recommend the Cup of Prayer Meditation that goes along with it.
