I am currently travelling out in India and have had the opportunity to stay out here longer than planned and teach some yoga. I am certified Level 1 and 2 Kundalini yoga through IKYTA. My teaching manuals and all my books with sets in are back in England. So if any other teachers have an electronic copy of the Level 1 KY Manual or other sets they could send.. or perhaps you know some internet resources for sets and meditations.. that would be a great help to me.
