Guest guest
Satnam, I have started the Nabhi Kriya with the archer pose as suggested by Dharam Singhji, initially i have pledged for 40 days. I have question though i have realized that i would be having my moon cylce soon, so can i continue doing the Nabhi Kriya or stop for those 4 or 5 days but won't that put a gap in my 40 days. and this question is for all the KY kriyas and meditation .I have even started the first part Har- Har prosperity meditation of the subagh Kriya , so am to stop doing all the meditations during the menstrual cycle or just continue normally. Be very gentle, shorten the times and do it slowly if you're going to do it all! Also, avoid doing any Breath of Fire with the Archer Pose (as I may have suggested). Do it with Long Deep Breath. You have to really listen to your body on this question. If you were a runner or worked out a lot I'd say you could do more, but I don't know that about you. >and this question is for all the KY kriyas and meditation .I have even >started the first part Har- Har prosperity meditation of the subagh >Kriya , so am to stop doing all the meditations during the menstrual >cycle or just continue normally. > > Har for Prosperity is okay but keep the the navel pull very subtle. One thing I will suggest is that whatever you do, do it in the Amrit Vela. Our actions, intentions and prayers are more deeply felt/heard in our psyche (body) and in the heavens (ether element). I remember somewhere Yogiji saying of that time " each breath equals 40 breaths " . You can do much shorter times at 4am to 6am with much less exertion and get a deeper effect than at 8am. This is not my belief, this is science. We know this from the SGGS, and other teachings, and from direct experience. The last quarter of the night or 2.5 to 3 hours before sunrise. It varies somewhat with the seasons, and you may have to ignore the man-made " Daylight Savings Time " in determining when the Amrit Vela is.
