Guest guest Posted March 22, 2007 Report Share Posted March 22, 2007 I am new to yoga, and would like to know the proper method for breathing when applying the locks... It seems that after about 15 minutes into my meditation session, my breath gets very shallow and slow. Then it feels like i have to force a deep belly breath to fill the entire diagphram. I hold for a comfortable few seconds,,, exhale slowly and apply the lock. but as i stated, this feels like i am soo relaxed at this point in my meditation, that i have to force the deep breaths. any sugestions would be appreciated. sat nam Douglas Get your own web address.
