Guest guest
Sat Nam everyone, I joined the group around last August, and started learning Kundalini Yoga, I couldn't complete a practice for more than 4 days, because It seems that I have blockages at the lower chakras, which appear as a bad case of IBS, I tried hatha yoga and a vegetarian diet as a treatment, but it seems that every time the Kundalini moves up my body I get bloated. deep relaxed hatha yoga works best, but the effect is temporary and for very short time, that IBS thing is completely irrational when it appears, it is not entirely related to expected reasons like food or stress, it just comes and goes. and it keeps coming at the the worst times, just one night I feel so centered and balanced that I actually feel love and compassion for everything and I start sending them into the world, beautiful feeling, the next morning the IBS and nausea comes again, or sometimes some happenings occur that makes me skip the hatha yoga for a day or two and so it goes. it doesn't hurt that much to have colon spasm, and have a bloated huge belly, what is really negative, is when that happens I breath very difficultly, the stomach and colon become big and hard and somewhat lifeless, and it presses on the diaphragm, and with the breath so difficult, becoming positive is an unfair struggle, it literally sucks the life out of me, and life becomes hellish, I find it then hard to concentrate or feel anything, and I come back to the beginnings all over again. However I don't go back exactly to zero, I found enough support from various people and synchronicities, especially from this group, that I don't exaggerate by saying that I became a different person since the first time I understood that there are other consciousness levels other than my previous conditioned trance, and I " tasted " what it is like to be aware, but it seems that IBS/blockages thing is where I don't stand a chance so far. I always suspected that I have been subjected to black magic (search recent messages on that subject), because I always felt I have been forced into different situations and negativities, and that there are some-thing/one that does anything possible to prevent me from being conscious and being centered. I tried the help sent by Dharam Kundaliniyoga/message/24833, it blows the negative thoughts away, but I think I need to do something specific about the blockages in the first place, fighting them everyday feels like pressing the gas pedal of a car, and putting the motor to its utmost power, while the hand-brakes are on. I appreciate your help, and I love to thank all those who helped me in past or future, and especially those who aren't with us in the visible world, eternal peace and blessings. Guest guest
Sat Nam Omar Ali Some suggestions for getting rid of blockages: 1. Process and clear emotional traumas from the past and present. 2. Spiritual Warrior Meditation - (has the power to break through all obstacles) Do it with Jupiter finger to remove all obstacles. (www.kundaliniyoga.org online lesson 14) 3. Kirtin Kriya - " It does everything for you in the order that you neeed it. " (www.kundaliniyoga.org online lesson 15, the 11 minute version) 4. Breathwalk (book available form www.yogatechnology.com) - Clears negative habbit patterns. Frees the energy to flow for health and well being. Also, relax with the simple but very effective Alternate Nostril Breathing which soothes, calms and energizes. Be aware of the breath rather than following thought.
