Guest guest Posted April 4, 2007 Report Share Posted April 4, 2007 sat nam, I lately have the habit to release stress in my body by just standing still and let my body shake. The shaking begins usually from the fingertips, then into the hands, then the arms and in the end my whole body is shaking from the feet up to my head. It's a movement i don't control, because as soon as I try to control it, the movement stops. I am wondering if other people also have this experience. I know that shaking the body is part of the kundalini meditation by Osho, but I've not seen it in a kundalini yoga set by Yogi Bhajan, yet;-) If someone knows in which set I can find this exercise, pls let me know. tnx in advance, l & p, Sat Kirtan Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
