Guest guest
I'm new to Kundalini, and did a Long Ek Ong Kar meditation. It was beautiful. But as I was deeper into the meditation, my kundalini started revealing pictures to me. Very much like a movie projector in my mind. I wasn't sure what to make of it, but that I had to stay with it. As I remained in my meditation, the images were new. Faces of people I had never known and I'm not sure what this means. Are these experiences that everyone has or are they unique for each person? Do I need to focus on any one thing when I'm meditating when this happens? I am very comfortable with surrendering to the discovery of meditation, but because the faces kept changing and morphed into new faces and it kept on going, I'm not sure where to go from here. Can you help me further this along? Thanks. Sat Nam
Guest guest
Sat Nam, I have similar visuals most frequently just prior to sleep. I am very relaxed yet very aware of my surroundings. The images, people, sometimes many, sometimes few, co-mingling with each other rise in my minds eye. I do not recognize them, except on one instance, Yogi Bhajan's face was hovering superimposed on the scene. I have not tried to interpret the meaning or focus on the images. I haven't tried to stay with it, but will the next time it happens. I would like to add that these do not appear as dreams. I am not at all involved with the image emotionally or physically. As you described, it is like watching something outside myself. Thank you for sharing your experience.
