I've done hatha yoga before, but have neck and back problems,and find

exercise difficult. Is this form of yoga okay for someone like me, do

you think, i know nothing about Kundalini yoga but the fact it frees up

energy in the spine,i thought it might help me. Could someone tell me

what it entails, i was looking for a meditation group and found this

one, so does it include meditation.
