Guest guest Posted April 6, 2007 Report Share Posted April 6, 2007 I've done hatha yoga before, but have neck and back problems,and find exercise difficult. Is this form of yoga okay for someone like me, do you think, i know nothing about Kundalini yoga but the fact it frees up energy in the spine,i thought it might help me. Could someone tell me what it entails, i was looking for a meditation group and found this one, so does it include meditation.
