The Kriyas and Meditations of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan are

indeed very powerful and deeply healing on many levels. Gururattan's lessons are

a wonderful place to begin. The healing's may take place subtlety or very

physically. Go slow, listen to yourself, your breath, expand your awareness and

enjoy the ride!

 

A wonderful book of Prana Meditations that bring many healing's to my

students and myself is Praana, Pranee, Pranayam.
