Guest guest
Sat Nam! I will be having a friend join my class within the next couple of weeks. She is currently under the care of a doctor for a 5cm degenerative uterine fibroid and most likely will be looking at a hysterectomy in her future. I want to help her as much as I can, so this inquiry is two-fold: 1. What should she definitely stay away from: My intuition tells me no breath of fire, or anything that would engage the energy of the 3rd chakra. 2. What kriyas/meditations would you recommend? I plan on researching this myself through my books, etc., but there is always more knowledge, more wisdom out there than can be found at your fingertips. Teaching is a responsibility and I want to be able to do the best I can in helping my students as much as I can. I thank you in advance for anything you wish to share with me.
