Guest guest
Sat nam, I woke up with shoulder pain a few days ago, which has been troubling me on and off since spraining it in high school. My mother has the same problem with her left shoulder after spraining it a few years ago. Both of us have been seeking treatment but the doctors and physio therapist, chiropractor, acupuncture... but the pain keeps coming on and off. I feel that the pain is linked to emotional issues. My mom says since she has been doing Sat Kriya everyday, the pain is getting less and less which I feel it is link to the emotional releasing. Does anyone know of any emotional issues relating to shoulder and neck pain and any advice on how to heal the pain. Guest guest
Dear Kayr, The history of your case says that it is related to your past life. The same thing applies to your mother. As all the reports are normal I have arrived at this conclusion. As you said It may be emotioal issue but every emotions good or bad gets embedded into your subconcious mind. You start feeling pleasre of more intesity than of your pain you will see that your pain has disappeared. Guest guest
Dear Kuldeep Kaur: My experience with shoulder pain is that it comes from the heart. When the heart is closed to something painful, the pain expresses itself in one or both shoulders. It is done unconsciously so you may have to meditate before you can relate to what I am suggesting. Look back, if you would, on whether you have closed your heart to some person or event. And if so, bring yourself to open your heart again. You will see that as you do this the shoulder pain will dissolve. If you need more help please write to me privately. Blessings, Awtar Singh
