Remedies for Seasonal Allergies

I am interested in finding out if Kundalini yoga can help in

controlling seasonal allergies? Also do you have any suggestions

regarding herbal remedies for seasonal allergies? I currently use

benadryl and claritin but would like to reduce my dependence of these

drugs.

Thanks

Dan

A good remedy for seasonal allergies is to eat the raw, unfiltered honey of the

area you live in.

It helps to desensitize you. There are usually local beekeepers or you can

find some at your local healthfoodstore. Just make sure it is produced locally.

Many blessings!

Yogi Bhajan recommended black pepper tea for allergies. Boil a handful

of peppercorns in a few cups of water until it turns a reddish brown

color. You MUST ADD COWS MILK to it or it will burn the hell out of

your stomach, soy wont do.

I have had a sinus infection for two weeks now. Black pepper tea helps

in the way an antihistamine does, but I still am sick. But anyway,

this is what I use...

good luck,

-Baba
