I am currently working with the " Meditation for the Arcline adn to Clear the

Kamas. " I'm on

day 20 and have built up to 31 minutes. It helps with courage by uncovering and

releasing the reasons why you might be fearful. I'm going to do it for 120

days.

 

Sit in Easy pose with a straigh spine. Eyes are closed and oriented towards the

thrid eye or

the top of the head.

 

Touch the elbows to the waist whiel stretching the forearms out in front of the

bod, palms

slightly cupped and facign up. Place them a few inches abovve the knees.

 

Bring arms up, back behind your head, streching hand and arms as far back over

shoulders as yu can. Imagine you are scooping water, and throwing it through

your

arcline, over your shoulders, with aa flick of the wrists. The movement is

smooth.

I usually chant it with Gurunam's Soul Trance CD. It is a beautiful recording.

Check out www.satkirin.com for 2 different albums for courage.

One is called " Jaap " for eliminating weakness in your " Destiny,

Surroundings and Connections " - removes fear. Her other ablbum

is " Chatara Chakara Vartee " for courage and protection. Chose one or

both for doing for 40 days, as a committment for creating a change,

then you can go for 120 days, and up to 3 years for being a Master.

 

Your " Radiant Body " relates to your 10th Body and will give you royal

courage, radiance and nobility. When it is not in balance you face

obstacles in your life. A key to balancing your 10th body is

committment on a " all or nothing " level of everything. Start by

keeping your hair which is a symbol of your radiance and will create

a couragous mind, body and soul. A good gem is diamonds!

 

Centered daily via Navel Point set will help you out for creating a

radiant body. Start centering your navel before you get up in the

morning with 7 mins. of Breath Of Fire doing your wake up Kundalini

Yoga excercises. Your gut stores fear and is your house. Create your

HOUSE to be a Lighthouse so you can become the Forklift in your life,

then in other people's lives. Make sure you breathe

properly...filling up your lungs entirely. When you breath shallow,

you become a shallow person. I say to yoga students, " Shallow people

are shallow breathers " . You can be raped- not only sexually, but

socially and personally. You have to have the length and strength of

your breath. You will have the strength of your radiant body and

people will listen to you, as well as take you seriously.

 

To be couragous, you have to become " strong as steel and be steady as

stone. " A great Kundalini pose that you can do as an excersice set

for courage and nervous system is a 40 days of " Archer's Pose " . If

you have a juicer, include Celery Juice as it will strengthen your

nerves. Make sure you put 110% INTO everything you do. A Yogi

Bhajan motto that helps me is: " Keep Up and You Will Be Kept Up! "

What does Wahe Guru and Wahe Jio mean?
