Hi,

I've been practicing KY for some time now and have been experiencing improvement

in many areas. I'd like to improve more in a specific area: reacting better when

faced with difficult, unpleasant situations or problems. I still overreact

sometimes and let my worries about some issues consume and obsess me, sometimes

literally ruining my day, or many days. Any specific kryas, mantras or anything

that could help me?
