Guest guest
Sat Nam I have been practicing meditation off and on for a few years after I had a spontaneous Kundalini experience about five years ago. I was in extreme grief and was listening to spiritual music when this wave with massive force rose up along the spine and hit the inside of my head. The flow lasted for about thirty seconds and washed away the sorrow and brought a lot of peace. There was no damage done and since then I have longed for a similar experience. Lately I started practising KY with the knowledge I have gathered from this forum and various KY websites. My question is that about two weeks ago I started having palpitation and racing hearbeat a few minutes into every meditation session. Rest of the day palpitation is not there but a strange tenderness in the heart area and a lingering urge to go back to Mantra Jaap. Otherwise I am athletic, healthy, normal weight, normal blood pressure and cholestrol etc. I have never had any heart problems. Should palpitation be a concern? It is distracting because I get a little scared when it happens.
Guest guest
Please visit your doctor about the palpitations and tachycardia. They could be nothing, but arrhythias are not to be taken lightly. Guest guest
A bhakti or devotional experience caused your first awakening. I talked with a man from portugal whose wife was dying and in his desperation he cried for help and was hit by an energy. I´m in awe when I listen to other people´s experience´s. I can only humbly offer my advice after practicing only 4 years. Execessive heat in the heart area caused by the meditation? Excessive adrenal stimulation? -Siltali breath to cool down other practices can offer a solution for this overheating of the organs, six healing sounds. Hope this e-mail will be accepted by the group. -Chris danpws2007 <danpws2007 wrote: Sat Nam I have been practicing meditation off and on for a few years after I had a spontaneous Kundalini experience about five years ago.
