Guest guest
Sat Nam _______, Palpitation is a very often a " symptom " of a hidden/supressed emotion (fear, grief, anger), and one that if ignored could become something more firmly established in your physiology. You must listen to what it is trying to tell you. I would suggest your finding a body centered therapist skilled in Reichian Therapy (aka Bioenergetics - http://www.thepositivemind.com/tpm/intensefeelingarticle.html ). I speak from experience and what you describe about yourself is very familiar to me. Wherever you are make the effort to find someone skilled in this. It may only take a handful of sessions to release the backlog and come out on the other side of this. And regarding your longing for a similar experience. You will find that doing the above " emotional work " will bring you back to the bliss, and will do so SAFELY! I am hesitant to recommend any practice for anything other than something grounding and toning for your Navel center. Without that center being toned, balanced and strong, you cannot fully reside in your Heart center. Do this navel work, and THEN do meditation/Japa. This is what will allow you to really move through much " poop " . What is your birthday? or you can do your own Numerology at http://www.sahej.com/Tantric_Numerology.html This is a very powerful technology and must be approached with respect. You MUST Tune In with the Adi Mantra if you want to practice this technology. This is the minimum. Personally, if time allows I like to do several (11) minutes of Long Ek Ong Kars (to establish that One-ness), then Japji Sahib (to embrace and establish the Ether element and balance Head and Heart) and then Tune in. My feeling on this is Yogi Bhajan gave us a technology that had previously been secret, sacred and reserved only for the most privileged and deserving. I want to " clean " the floors of my [body] temple in preparation before opening the door to the " Master " . Just a little ritual that actually has value. Cultivating an a attitude of gratitude is my what I need most to do.
