Guest guest
Sat Nam Harkirat Yes, I find that practising KY enhances the flow of creativity not only in writing, but in any of the arts, and in fact in anything creative I do. First, it seems to create a stability, like a firm foundation on which to build. It clears blockages so that ideas, energy, artistry, flow better. It helps us tune into the universal creative energies (the creative source) safely and with intelligence. KY has the potential to help us 'wield' this creative energy, and to create in a balanced and healthy way. Actively producing something creative, like writing, music, graphics, or any of the arts, can at times be likened to 'being on fire', almost like a live wire. I find that KY yoga makes creative ideas much more manageable, in that I can use them, expand them etc, and complete a work, much more efficiently and effectively.
