Could you please guide me to where I can find out what froh pose is and

how I can practice it. I have searched in the Archive but cannot find

the instructions for the exercise.

FROG POSE- bring the heels close together and point

the toes outward. Squat down with the buttocks close

to the heels, the arms between the knees, and the

fingers placed on the floor about a foot in front of

the feet. The upper body is as straight as possible.

Inhale and straighten the legs, bringing the head

close to the knees. Exhale and return to the original

position. Try to keep the heels slightly off the

ground the entire time. Continue for 26 to 54

repetitions, counting 1 inhalation and exhalation as 1

repetition.
