Sat Nam!

Since I had no answer to my last question, I try again.....hoping to have

better luck :-)

Many exercises (i.e. neck or trunk torsions) of our pratice must be done

inhaling to the left and exhaling to the right.

Is there a reason why?

Where can I find this answer to my curiousity?

Sat Nam!

As I understand it, we do many twisting exercises with the inhale to the left and the exhale to the right because our organs are not symetrically placed in the body. Several large organs, like the liver, are on the right side of the body. We inhale left and exhale right to help bring prana to the right side of the body.
