Guest guest
Sat Nam, my name is Max .I have been on the list for a while and really value what it has brought to me. I teach in Scotland and am doing my Level 2. My question is, that I have ,for many years ,been experiencing headaches which become debilitating, they spread from my temples back along the side of my head. Just now this is happening 2-3 days a week. I belive that they are stress related and ask if anyone who has experienced something similar could share how they managed to find a solution to their problem. with love and thanks max

Find someone who has stamina to pound with their fist on your naval area for 3 minut3s, then buttocks 3 minutes then inner thighs 3 minutes. I have practiced this on someone who was having a really hard time and it worked instantly. But it's been a while now so I am asking for confirmation on the sequence. Guest guest
Sat Nam Dear Max Have you checked your blood pressure? Stress does increase the blood pressure which will give the symptoms you have described. Your head hurts because you are over thinking, have taken on too much responsibility, are worried? Check your water levels, drinking a glass of water will help, more meditation, long deep breathing exercises will relieve pain, Sunia N tar meditation for emotional balance will help but also is important to relax. What are you doing for relaxation? This is a prerequisite to salubrious living and key to your yoga practice, it allows the body to catch up, rejuvenate, assimilate the energy you have been working with. Guest guest
Sat Nam Max, I understand the headaches that you have been suffering as I have had similar headaches over the past 4 weeks every Monday and Tuesday. I have been trying to figure out what is the cause and going back and forth through my mind to understand the complexitites of the matter. Being in Manchester UK, I thought changes in the weather (from hot to cold back to hot) could have been the issue or not enough water being drunk. In the end I just let it go and put it down to what felt like a rush of energy at the beginning of the week. It seems like my body is adjusting to new stresses being exerted and manifesting itself in the form of headaches. I've never been a headache/migraine sufferer in the past and don't intend to start either. What Arianne wrote seemed very familiar to me and covered a lot of ground. I would personally recommend the Divine Shield meditation or either Aad Gurey Nameh, Jugad Gur Eh Namey, Sat Gur Eh Nameh, Siri Guru Dev Eh Nameh, Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ji Fateh. This reciatation has helped me a lot through the past few weeks in protection from 'information overload!!' Blessings, Goldie. > Sat Nam, > my name is Max .I have been on the list for a while and really value > what it has brought to me. Guest guest
Sat Nam Max! Treat your symptoms with good self care massage or professional massage. If you get comfortable and quiet and start to massage and palpate your neck muscles (front, side and back) you may notice certain spots " trigger " the pain more intensely. Stay with these spots and continue to breathe and massage. And give yourself a nie neck and head massage daily as well. Try this for many days and your symptoms should decrease. The underlying cause of the headaches (energy blocks, emotional stuff, etc) I will not even take a stab at. I am 15 years a bodyworker but only 8 months a Kundalini STUDENT.
