Guest guest
Sat Nam Max and all others, I too suffer from a similar type of heachaches, and yes, they are truly debilitating. As yours, it starts at the temples and spread over the temporal and frontal lobes of the brain. The temples are physically very hot and so are the ears and sides of face. I've researched the topic a bit and found out they are not migraines, as they are bilateral, and , as Wikipedia says, are probably caused by anxiety. If we all look, we can always find a little source of that in our lives, mine anyway. But, as Sting sings, there is a deeper way than this, and I feel it is more a symptom of a greater shift going on. I found out that my heachaches subside when i concentrate on a steady but continuous task of some sort. It can be accounting or baking a cake. I find that this sustained mental activity helps keep the pain on the back burner and eventually make it dissapear. But this is a Yoga group. Is there a pose for this? Looking forward to any suggestion, with Love and Understanding Ariane >

Guest guest
Seems as though the sitting on the heel maybe would work in the same manner as reflexology--if the pose were stressing the same reflexology spot---I haven't done anything in this area for quite some time yet I also am interested in working with. v_raj_nil <v_raj_nil wrote: --- In Kundaliniyoga , " Guru K " <greatyoga wrote: > > SSS has said that sitting on the left heel can take away headaches. > > GuruBandhu > > Kundaliniyoga , " Ann R " <ariane99@> wrote: > > > > Sat Nam Max and all others, > > > > I too suffer from a similar type of heachaches, and yes, they are > truly > > debilitating. > > As yours, it starts at the temples and spread over the temporal > and frontal > > lobes of > > the brain.
