Guest guest
Sat Nam, I have engaged the on line course since 2 weeks ago and wanted to thank Guru Rattana for all the effort she put in to the on line class. I am 6 months into a Guru Dev given meditation and feel MUCH MUCH BETTER and WHOLE since adding daily Kriyas in addition to the meditation. The lessons are very good! they are clear, concise, inspirational, and easy to access. Kundalini has been knocking on my door for many years and now that I am committed to my practice, soul and God I am begining to realize I am already whole and not at all broken. With this said I am very happy to have found the Kundalini Group here at . Thank you Guru Rattana, Sarab jot Singh

Guest guest
Dear Marty, Sat Nam! This is a bit late, but thank you (and others) for your appreciation of the on line courses. And for reminding us that you feel much better adding KY kriyas before you do your meditation. This is the way Yoga Bhajan taught us -- Prepare the body and then meditation is almost automatic. In any case, it is more enjoyable and more powerful. Our goal is to integrate the higher vibrations into the body so our body has to be prepared to receive them. What a wonderful feeling to feel " whole and not broken. " When something doesn't seem quite right, think in terms of alignment. The more we align, the more we feel whole and happy. Sat Nam! Guest guest
Dear Guru Rattana, SAT NAM, Thank you for the reply. I am trusting this whole process of discovery through Kundalini Yoga. Your destiny path and the work you have done on it is helping a lot. You recently responded to someone about the negative ruminations and excessive negative mind and intrigues. You recommended listening for the inner voice, being patient, and trusting what it is saying. I am enjoying tuning in.. as little and minimal I feel something in me - I feel the energy now, and unless my mind is playing games, which it maybe, sensing another energy or presense (universal sound current you call it in the lesson I believe). It is so hard this change business.. (Not complaining).. it takes the same effort to be a devil or a angel (yogi Bhajan quote) - how after so many years of beastly behavior and intrigues can I tune in NOW? I know the answer and will do the work.. Any thoughts of when you started out? As a body worker (structural) I am learning I have not been in my body, almost never, except in aikido practice.. And tuning in is enjoyable. And often fraught with MENTAL CHATTER..it does slow down though. I do think this e mail is to connect to senior practitioner for guidance but maybe also for the lack of 1st chakra stuff too (I am doing Nahbi Kriya now). Thank you for the lesson of tuning in and surrendering to the zone.. to get the feminine side developed, to access the soul via this surrendering, to develop my inate goodness.
