Good afternoon, everyone, and what an amazing group! I am excited to be a

member.

I am in the process of trying to cure my anxiety condition, sometimes referred

to as " brain

fog " or derealization. Does anyone out there have any experience with this? I

have a deep

hunch that kundalini yoga may help.

I truly appreciate your answers.

Wishing you peace. mazou.

yes, is this where you sit on the edge of your bed lost in a daydream. Space

out while trying to tie your shoes and let 10mins. float by before you get it

done? Start doing sat kriya and nabhi kriya. Mahan Gyan mudra works on the

anxiety for me and snaps me back into the moment. May sound crazy but Tantric

numerology will tell you what excercises to do to work on your challenges. Do

nabhi kriya for about 6months don´t miss a day. This stuff works but only if you

stick with it, do one excercise consistently for 1000 days. My exercise has been

sodarshan kriya 420+ days. I used to write to people in this group looking for

answers, now thanks to my practice I´ve found many of those answers. Best Wishes

Sat Nam, Mazou,

When I read " anxiety condition " in your message, I thought I knew

what you meant, but then I read " brain fog " and wasn't sure. I've

been in both of these states at different times and for me they're

very different and required different approaches. Can you please

expand on what you're experiencing so that I may have a clearer

understanding? Thank you!

Definitely. The anxiety condition: I have a constant underlying sense of

unreality (official

term is derealization) where there is a glass wall between me and the world. It

is,

supposedly, the result of a traumatic event, where one " splits off " from his/her

true self,

because it is safer.

When I am especially anxious, say, trying to get a big project completed, my

mind just

completely clouds over. I find it very difficult to concentrate or focus, as if

there is a grey

cloud in the front of my mind.

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced brain fog and anxiety. I truly hope

you have

been able to help yourself with these conditions. I thank you for your response.

Mazou.
