Guest guest
I am currently facing a problem with fear/anxiety. Minor problems that wouldn't affect me in the past now make me very nervous and sometimes almost paralyzed with fear that has no rational cause. In the past few years I went through some bad experiences which may have something to do with this increase in fear/anxiety. On the bright side, I never had a panic attack and still manage to function reasonably well in daily life. I've been exercising and doing yoga regularly, and this helps but only to a certain extent. I would like to learn a powerful mantra or kriya that would help me cope with these fear/anxiety issues. please advise, thanks. Renee Ready for the edge of your seat? Guest guest
--- Sat Nam, Renee, Try the kirya called to Master your Domain, this one really works. You can find it in the book Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, by Shakta Kaur Khalsa. Guest guest
Hi Renee: Hear are some Kriyas & Mantras I've worked with that have helped me. I usually do a Kriya/Mantra for 120 days. I've also worked with Gurunam's book Lifting the Veil: The Divine Code. He recommends Kriyas to use for your various planetary phases (astrology). In a way it helps to enhance or deflect the influence of the planetery phase you are currently. It also may help to work with specific Kriyas that are related to the source of your anxiety. For myself, I've had a lot of fear/terror around prosperity. I have been dilgiently working with Kriyas for the past three years that have addressd this problem. I found that some of the fear was my stuff, some was around my parents and some was multi-generational. This all came to light as I was doing the Kriyas. Here are my favorites *Triple Mantra *Sodarchan Chakra Kriya (This one made me sweat and I was only doing it for 31 mintues) *Medtation to Tranquilize the Mind (short and effective) *Meditation for the Arcline and Clear the Karmas (one of my current ones/very powerful) *Sitali Pranayama (usually underneath fear/anxiety is anger about some real or perceived loss) Hope this helps.
