I don't know where the pain on the left arm is located. Women often have

unusual symptoms when it comes to heart pain as compare to men. I would

suggest you check with your doctor.

Does the pain increase with effort, does it come and go, how long does it

stay when you have it and what relieves it or brings it on? You could also

have

pulled a muscle in upper back, side of chest. However, these things have to

be investigated. Do you do your breast exams regularly?

Namaste everyone!

 

I have a twist in my spine exactly where my heart chakra is and I

wondered if anyone could tell me what effect this could have on me, on

the subtle levels? Also, I have done a lot of work on emotions to do

with past issues during my counsellor training and feel I have

completed as it were, I also had a dream of being violently sick whilst

visiting a medium I knew years ago and I took this to be a purging as I

woke up very drained and thought I had actually spent the night being

ill. I have been left with a wonderful lightness of being but feel as

if I have a trapped nerve at my heart chakra and it is very painful

from the centre and all down my left arm and it has lasted for four

weeks now....can anyone give me insight or advice please as it's become

quite wearing and I'm losing sleep.I'm wondering if it's just all my

stuff having left my subtle bodies now coming out of my physical body

and if so then maybe I should just ride it out?
