hello to everyone at ky.

 

ive been looking for my first book on ky and ftnd there are dozens to

choose from,

is there a reconised must have book for beginners? or do i get the ones

i like the look of?

Dear Neal,

 

It is true that there are several good beginners books. I like Introduction by

Kundalini Yoga. (I wrote it) But Sadhana Guidelines is also good. Look at

both of them on the website and yes, go by your intuition. The most important

thing is to start practicing and get the experience of how great you can feel.

Sat Nam, the Sadhana Guidelines is probably one of the

best for beginners. It has lots of basic infor and

some advanced stuff as well. A lecture from the SSS

and stuff.

Thank you for sharing your photo gallery. The photos present creativity at

its best, inspirational-a true art form.... I love the shadows, light-dark in

the staircase photos... I also love to take photos and can appreciate the 'the

eye that catches the moment'....
