Sat Nam!

There is one exercise for lack of sleep and that is SLEEP. The kidneys need

rest and sleep. They are also nurtured by long deep breating. Place you hands

on your kidneys and feel our inhale expand your back and bring energy to the

kidneys. Any sets to reduce stress will also help.

SAt nam,
