Start with Sat Kriya. Awaken the energy. You will feel reborn! This an exciting

process. Then do nabhi kriya which works the lower chakras. You will feel

something moving inside and a new vitality. This is kundalini energy. This stuff

works Continue with sat kriya 5mins minimum daily. Don´t miss a day. If you want

KY isn´t a bed of roses and eventually there are bumps in the road

where you must rid yourself of garbage before we can get to Sat Nam, our true

identity. (I´m not just spouting propaganda. I´ve learning this through

experience.) There will be days where your ego will make up all kinds of excuses

for you not to practice until it is screaming. Just when things seem at their

lowest and KY is a load of baloney. There´s shift and that critical voice is

silenced and you enjoy a space of accpetance and peace, you feel blissed out and

wondered about your neurosis from the day before. Before there is quantum shift

in consciousness there always must be resistence. This happens every 40 days.

Each time the resistence gets less and less. You may come back to the same

issue..a parent´s divorce...you hate your Dad...whatever, but with less

intensity each time around, so in reality you are making progress. This is good

news cause I would get really bummed out and cry to this

asking how long must I languish before I get results. Expecting

results is another trap. Don´t expect and you will recieve. Sometimes your

analytical mind will get in the way and you can psyche yourself out. Is this

working? Am I doing this right? Maybe I should switch to that other meditation?

This isn´t doing diddly! Forget that noise and keep going. Despite what some

may say about Yogiji, KY works! On days where resistence is it´s worst. I´ve

found mahan gyan mudra, braham mudra to be effective balancing nervous and

immune systems of great help. 4 years maybe 5 of doing arm kriyas and they´ve

kept me going. Be sure to do sat and nabhi first for a month before attempting

this one, otherwise you may just have sore shoulders and no kundalini energy or

the energy will be raised but then it will leave in 10 minutes because you don´t

have a strong naval center to contain the energy of the meditation. How much

time do you have? Find a practice that fits into

that time and do that practice for 1000 days. On days where you don´t have

time. Just 5 minutes or minimum times to keep the energy pattern going. It may

seem intimidating...over time it won´t. Make a commitment to yourself and find

the real you. Love better, spend less time angry, and enjoy yourself heck of

alot more than you used to. For me this system has created faster changes than

any other These are the fruits of a daily practice. 450+days of sodarshan kriya

22mins current time I started with just 5mins. = feeling good. Wahe Guru -Chris
