Guest guest
Hello Wolfsister Harmony, It seems from your description that you are going through some accelerated and rapid adjustments right now and discovering the power of kundalini yoga and the power within you. This is all very good. When a river wants to move it likes flow. Just relax and let things flow freely and smoothly. Just relax into it. Sometimes it is helpful to just let the body go through its process without trying so hard to " push " the movement. The body is very wise and will heal, transform, and move the energy on its own if you relax into the practice and also into life. A good time to practice the feeling of relaxation is between each exercise in a set. The only " goal " would be to relax and enjoy. I learned this balance of " doing " the exericises and " being " in between the exercises from Gururattana and it has been very effective in helping to facilitate and assimilate the energetic changes going on in the body. warm regards, Diana Bellucci, San Diego Hi Everyone - thank you for your reading and responses in advance. There are several paragraphs below - Namaste! I discovered Kundalini yoga about 4-5 months ago and I finally I have the path that will lead me to the freedom I have always been searching. The process consumes my every thought and action and I feel so refreshed. I have been studying so many resources, i.e. " Transitions to a Heart-Centered Work and Your Life is in Your Chakras as well as have bought the newest Stephen Halpern Chakra Suite, The Complete Course for Beginners on Kunalini Yoga as well as have been meditating to The Secret and the Law of Attractions CDs. I was told my 3rd and 5th chakra are totally bocked which is pushing energy downward into my lower chakras which are compensating. I was wanting some insights and explanations on what I am feeling. I have a sense of what people are thinking, saying, going to say even before it happens. I am so intune to situations that it is like I am on the outside of my body and watch the world as well as can interact if and when necessary. I have always been this way but ever since discovering Kundalini Yoga, it is more pronounced. How can I move this energy upwards to open my passageway and heal all my chakras? To give you some background, I went to a massage therapist and obtained an energy reading who told me more about my chakras. When she was doing so, i almost choked on the table and could actually feel the trapped energy. I have only been there twice and she says it is still there and not much better however i feel the energy is starting to flow better but i can tell where it does not too with my intuitiveness. How can i move this energy upwards and will the massage assist along with my other actions. I am not certain if I am practicing too many different things which is minimizing my energy to where i am not focused. Since discovering the yoga, i am a bit withdrawn i have been told too. I am now at the point where i do not want anything negative in my life and i want to choose my every experience while getting rid of the old ones that no longer are in harmony for what i am wanting. Is this normal behavior to be expected and will i come to a place of balance where all will be on an even plane? I do so enjoy the peace an harmony i feel when i am with myself and i dont want any external sources to interfere. Any of your insights are most welcomed - Unlimited Joy and Blessings to all! wolfsister harmony <wolfsister_harmony wrote: ________ Need a vacation? Guest guest
Hi dianadiani, I have experienced stomach pains after using a Kundalini cd, and being tired. Of course my job has much pressure along with it, and then I blame it on the weather here in Vallarta. Got any thoughts on this one? Also how did you get started with this yoga, do you study on line?
