Sat nam Manish,

KY is probably as a whole the ideal therapy for states anxiety and depression.

The experienced yogis in the forum will certainly be able to provide you with

detailed information on it.

For things that have happened to me, I feel the urge to ask you to check if you

have any poisoning from heavy metals etc. -- Only recently I discovered that

unexplainable states of tiredness in past years, as well as anxiety must have

very much to do with the presence of metals in teeth mouldes that have been

leaking. It has dawened on me only recently that my health deteriorated

considerably soon after some work had been done on two teeth more than a decade

ago... I wrongly attributed the causes to other reasons and therefore failed to

find a lasting remedy.

So since I have begun to clean these metals out I count with the double of

energy, my sleeping rhythm has reset again and of course, everything is easier

to accomplish and life feels all joy. As for now, it looks to me that I am

inally getting much closer to restoring my energy in the long run.

I shall share more about it in a separate post as I hope to count with the

experience from others about the cleasing process.

Best wishes,

Betty

> how to come out of anxiety and depression

Dear mms:

First take a breath and give yourself a chance to go out and walk in

the woods, reconnect with nature.

Anxiety and depression are the result of being caught up in our own

thoughts without seeing the world as it really is. The thoughts seem

real but they don't allow any beauty and peace in. There is an inner

struggle to preserve the state of anxiety and depression against joy,

beauty, love.

Notice that struggle in you, breathe, and remind yourself that the

reality is different from what your inner dialog tells you. Allow

yourself not to argue with thoughts and take in life as it comes.

Allow yourself to be curious how life is going to improve for you.

Anxiety and depression are holes we get addicted to and they prevent

us to see the light. So knowing that, seek the light, the joy, give

yourself permission... you'll see the anxiety and depression will then

appear to be just veils covering what you always had: bliss! They will

lift away as you stop focusing on them and start focusing on beauty,

joy, love...

Any kundalini yoga will help as well, but don't do it to get rid of

anxiety and depression, do it for the fun of it.

Blessings, Awtar Singh
