Guest guest
Use a neti pot in your nostrils with one tsp. of salt to one quart of warm water. Also do pranayams, especially Breath of Fire. For varicose veins, do exercise sets with shoulderstand and plough. Guest guest
Sat Nam, When adding the salt for the netti pot, so very lightly. Too much salt will burn! I just put a pinch into a netti pot. Sat Nam, Guru Rattana
Guest guest
Hello, The best thing for Varicose Veins I've found is daily stretching in the affected areas to allow the blood to move around the muscles. I have personally suffered from varicose veins in the past 10 years from a young age of 17 to the present due to sports related injuries in my knee. In that time they have spread quite rapidly and considering surgery for the removal of them. I do not let them affect my daily routine with yoga and sports but am always concious of them. It would be advisable not to stand to long if your varicose veins are in the legs. My doctor also recommended wearing tight bandages around the areas. Listen to what your body is telling you and how it reacts to certain situations you put it into. From then on you should your own way of dealing with the veins. Blessings, Goldie. _________ Answers - Got a question? Someone out there knows the answer. Try it now. http://uk.answers./
