Guest guest
Im doing KY and it has helped me greatly. I´ve been doing it for 5 years. First sign up at your local 3ho center. www.3ho.org to find nearest teacher. Learn basics and bliss out. Awaken energy, feels like liquid electricity in your body. Sat kriya helps awaken it. Then do nabhi kriya 180days to balance lower chakras and contain energy. You´ll feel great for the first two months then your body will get used to energy and start cleaning this isn´t so fun. Don´t miss a day every 40 days a release, gets easier each time. My favorites for getting rid of depression. Mahan gyan mudra and sodarshan kriya. Having been molested as i child and growing up with cerebral palsy I had alot of anger and pain stored in my lower chakras which kept me dwelling on the past.(I can say this as a matter of fact without pain or resentment due to the fact that my KY practice has cleaned me and these lower channels of sadness and anger are no longer a part of me,) Mahan gyan mudra goes right to the first chakra and 4th heart center and you feel like a different person after 11mins there are other arm kriyas in transitions to a heart centered world which can be held up to 1hour. After kundalini was awkened with sat kriya and i did nabhi for a few months i could catch a wave of energy that will last 24hrs to get me out of my depression and on with life. After this i did mahan gyan mudra which really gets you out of of your cage and makes you fearless. In the beginning i did arm kriyas everyday, but soon i realised there was garbage that i needed to deal with. Sodarshan kriya has done the cleaning in my lower chakras and I no longer feel pain or blocked when i wake up in the morning. I started with 5 minutes of sodarshan. The first release was really hard but after the first 120 days all of my releases have been much easier. I tried to reach 40 days of sodarshan but couldn´t because i would do 30minutes and get overwhelemed, so start slow 5 minutes. I´m currently doing 22minutes after one year and a half. Some days I´ve drank alcohol, this behavior is much less frequent than before and is falling away.Don´t beat yourself up no one becomes a perfect yogi overnight. The important thing is to make a commitment to yourself and do your daily practice everyday even if it means it´s 11.55pm do 5 mintues to maintain the energetic pattern that you are working towards. Choose one meditation (kirtan, sat, or sodarshan) and stick with it. It´s like digging for water if you stick with the same hole and not miss a day every 40 days you´ll find what your looking for. One practice+everyday+1000 days= new you. Me 450+ days od sodarshan kriya= more accepting, happy, less angry with myself and others. Maybe other people could give thier testamony of how KY changed their life.? Yogi B gave us the tools..use them, they work. -Sat Nam, Chris Building a website is a piece of cake.
