Dear Shanka,

 

Go on to the next lessons, tune in, do navel exercises and monitor how different

it is. These will help you concentrate better. But you still have to train

yourself to focus and pay attention to your body, your breath and the sensations

in your body. Kundalini yoga is about training ourselves to be conscious. You

will make progress if you practice every day.

Thanks for your advise. I thought I had to master 1 lesson at a time before

going on to the next. I will try the other exercises and see what happen.
