Guest guest
SAT NAM, Could you please shed some light on Love? Why is that separation from a beloved or a lover the most painful thing? How does one completely heal from this? It almost seems like when one falls in love with another, one never heals from it even though the object of love is removed. In my experience it stays through life times, for it is so very deep. Anybody know what is Yogi Bhajan's quote on this? How do we actually heal ourselves beyond this and realize that we are all ONE?. Auric pain is very painful. Sat Nam, Akkama Got a little couch potato? Check out fun summer activities for kids.
Guest guest
Sat Nam Akkama, i couldn't agree more. auric pain is very painful. maybe others can share Yogi Bhajan quotes, but i can tell you the most freeing meditation: Kirtan Kriya (sa ta na ma). this is probably the most cleansing meditation for auric pain. In my personal experience, it works! Guru Rattana has shared this with us on her website: kundalini yogakyt15.html <kundalini yogakyt15.html> . be well. Guest guest
Hi Jeffrey and Akkama, Hope this isn't off base too much, as I've only been lurking a little while.... But the Sa Ta Na Ma is really great for this... and having similar experience you inspired me to share... I would go out side and lean against this giant oak tree behind my house and Chant really load.... feeling the energy rise up my spine and flow down the front of my chakras into the Earth.... It was like the tree would swell up behind me as I shared my love . . . I would almost feel it reaching everyone through the Earth too, bringing me great joy of what might be coming around the next moment instead of sorrow from the past. Choosing to see the opportunity instead. The trees always seem to call for my next visit now... lol... It can inspire the Love just like another person, the Love is always inside we just need to learn how to share and bring it out more... An easy choice! Thanks for bringing these memories to me, guess it's time to take Bear for a walk again... lol... Sat Nam eric Sat Nam Akkama, i couldn't agree more. auric pain is very painful. maybe others can share Yogi Bhajan quotes, but i can tell you the most freeing meditation: Kirtan Kriya (sa ta na ma). this is probably the most cleansing meditation for auric pain. Guest guest
SAT NAM, Thank you for your responses. something to add is that I believe the beloved or the lover reflects our deep love which is in our heart and hence we get drawn to them, also it is the play of energies, when they are in sync they experience purity or oneness which we are all longing for. Something that helped me was, when I feel the pain or hole in heart I imagine connecting to the lover's heart and sending love energy or hug and say that we are one at the deepest sense/core and ask GURU RAM DAS to bless our hearts, this cuts through maya/external traits and we get relief. Eric mentioned about trees, I love trees, lately my energy sensitivity is capable of sensing what trees reflect, some trees reflect more love than other trees just like human beings. As we go on chanting GOD's name, we get in bliss and sway in bliss all the time, certain simple sounds alone can take us to divinity and give us that experience of LOVE. WAHE GURU!!.. Sat Nam, Akkama Get your own web address. Have a HUGE year through Small Business.
Guest guest
Dear Akkama, Sat Nam! Could you please shed some light on Love? Why is that separation from a beloved or a lover the most painful thing? * Because the auras get intermingled. The woman's aura is more receptive, so it gets even more intermingled. So you have to disengage and that is a process. The group has already told you that SA TA NA MA is the meditation to do so. How does one completely heal from this? * First disengage with SA TA NA MA. Then connect with the Divine as your lover. You have to connect with the stable male polarity in your mind and then integrate this experience in your psyche, until IT becomes your lover. That is the short answer, but that is what it takes. It almost seems like when one falls in love with another, one never heals from it even though the object of love is removed. In my experience it stays through life times, for it is so very deep. * If love is attachment to an object or person, it comes from neediness. And this is not love. Both come from the fact that we have not completely connected with the full presence of the Divine in our psyche. We think we need someone else. And if you don't have that energy consciously developed in ourselves, we feel like we do. But sure enough, if we are in need of something, it will certainly one day be taken away. Then we have an opportunity to become more complete within ourselves. * This of course can initially be a rather painful process. But at least we are motivated to do the work it takes to get connected inside ourselves and cultivate deep spiritual connections. It takes time, but results are guaranteed if you do the work. Anybody know what is Yogi Bhajan's quote on this? * Yogi Bhajan told one man whose partner died, " If you really love her, let her go. " I would add, if you really love yourself, let him go and move on. Actually move more inward to connect with your own soul. If you are on a spiritual path, to need someone is a trap. But when you get to the point of not needing, you can attract a different kind of relationship. How do we actually heal ourselves beyond this and realize that we are all ONE?. * As I said, find that oneness inside yourself. That is the only way. Akkama, you have been on this list for a long time and you have made a lot of progress. This is your next step. Do your KY and sit with yourself. Look inside your head until you see, hear something that is always there. Focus on that until it becomes your lover. You will do it. Be patient. It takes time. But it is now or later. Now is good. It is the most wonderful feeling you will ever have. And no one can ever take it away from you. IT will never die. IT will never abandon you. Even when you leave your body, you will take IT with you. You have something very special to look forward to. Oh, my soul, why get entangled with that which will not go with you. Develop a relationship with that which will be with you always, and you will never be alone. Sat nam, Guru Rattana
Guest guest
SAT NAM, Wow!!.. Beautiful, Guru Rattana. I am very blessed to hear this , in fact I am practising some aspects of it and not attached much. I visulaize that all our hearts are connected and send love to hearts. I let Guru Ram Das take over and magic happens!! Wahe Guru!!.. I happened to ask this question since at Solistice I met many loved hearts(souls) from past lives where we had shared deep deep love between each other. Thank you very very much for your wonderful insight on this! SAT NAM, Akkama Guru Rattana <gururattan wrote: Dear Akkama, Sat Nam! Could you please shed some light on Love?
