Guest guest
Sat Nam I would like to know how to do the Triple mantra meditation. If someone could shed some light on which mudra to use and the mantras that would be most helpful. Love and light
Guest guest
Sat Nam, Here are the instructions to Triple Mantra. Hands on the knees, in gian mudra -- thumbs and forefingers touching is fine, or any other mudra you wish. You can chant this in a monotone or chant along with Gurunam's CD Triple Mantra available on www.yogatech.com Sat Nam, Guru Rattana Triple mantra clears all types of psychic and physical obstacles in one's daily life. It protects against accidents. It cuts through opposing vibrations, thoughts, words and actions. It strengthens your magnetic field and keeps negativity away. There are three parts to this mantra. (1) AD GURAY NAMEH surrounds you with a powerful light of protection. Your aura protects you by becoming light and giving your space. (2) AD SUCH . HE BEE SUCH, NANAK HOSE BEE SUCH puts you into the mode of acceptance and surrender. It removes obstacles from our spiritual path. (3) AD SUCH . HE BAY SUCH, NANAK HOSE BAY SUCH breaks through energetic blocks to remove obstacles in your daily life. Ad Guray Nameh Jugad Guray Nameh Sat Guray Nameh Siri Guru Day Vay Nameh I bow to the primal guru I bow to the truth throughout the ages I bow to true wisdom I bow to the great unseen wisdom Ad such Jugad such He BEE (like bee) such Nanak hose bEE such Ad such Jugad such He BAY such Nanak hose BAY such True in the beginning. True throughout all the ages. True even now. Pure one, the truth will always be true. Mantras for Allowing and to Clear the Space The following mantra translates as: True in the beginning. True throughout all the ages. True even now. Pure one, the truth will always be true. It has two forms. Both forms of this mantra align our energy with the Truth. (1) The first with BEE puts us into an accepting, and surrender mode. This is the last four lines of the mul mantra. Chant this mantra in a soft monotone when you need to cultivate an attitude of allowing. Ad such Jugad such He BEE (like bee) such Nanak hose bEE such (2) The second with BAY is more active. It breaks through the energetic blocks to make something happen. This is a good mantra to call upon when you feel blocked. It also sets your energy field so that your day can attract more possibilities and opportunities and you are able to take advantage of them. Ad such Jugad such He BAY such Nanak hose BAY such Chant the such like the hiss of a snake and feel it in your spine. This is an emphatic mantra. It is recited in a monotone with emphasis. Repeat it 3 to 11 times, preferably in the am to set the energy for your day. Repeat as needed during the day. Or do it for 11 minutes for 40 or more days to be able to call upon it at any time.
