Triple mantra meditation is a cadence mantra. You need to buy the CD with the

mantra and follow along with that. Sit with the spine straight, neck aligned,

shoulders back chest forward and do the chant and breathing according to the

Gurnam CD.

 

Ideally it is done at the end of a powerful set. If done properly, it will

generate high levels of voltage throughout the nervous system, and stabilize the

energies throughout the body to be able to sustain higher voltage levels.

 

There's another CD of Gurnam with " Guru Guru Whahe Guru Guru Ram Das Guru, "

chanted 5 times in one breath, also a cadence mantra, same posture, very

powerful.
