If we had a stable and firm mind we didn't need a mantra: a mantra helps us

to let our moind focused on a point!

Once I was listening a tibetan monk speakng about meditation.

He said that when we want to ride a bike.....it's not useful at all to read

a book of instructions......simply we should ride our bike in the best way

we can do it....sometime it will be easy, sometime not........so, instead

reading about meditation, speaking of meditation, we should just sit, close

our eyes and try........... :-)

Fateh Dharma!
