a little help pls!!!

hi all, i am daniel. I have a problem, one day i did a chakra

meditationm it feld very powerful so intense. At night when i went to

bed i hardly could sleep because i was feeling strange things in my

body, it was this energy that would not let me sleep. when i managed

to sleep i had a dream: i was bending a knife with my mind only. weeks

after this i was trying to relax and i was feeling an energy coming up

and when it reached the head i had a brain orgasm. I was feeling

outside and inside the body at the same time. I tough i would leave my

body but i did not. Days later i was feeling sexualy excitated for no

reason. A day after i was having a headache at the crown and the back

of my head. i searched online what to do and found out. i had to do

non spiritualy stuff. evrething that could ground me: ex. walking

barefoot.Now i am fine but when i try to gest relax i still feel this

pressure in my spine rising up but it does not pass the heart chakra

and i can't relax so please help me AM I IN DANGER?????

Hello,

It sounds like you might have a block in your heart chakra. I don't think

you're in any danger. I once read a native-american shamanism technique for

unblocking blocks within the energy body. It was recommended to build your " qi "

(can't recall the indian word, doesn't matter though) in your solar plexus are.

I find it helpful. Perhaps maintaining a headstand type posture for a bit would

help relax the heart and therefore allow the energy to pass through it. I'm no

master but these might at least help a bit. Good luck

Kundalini Yoga a little help pls!!!

Daniel, in my humble opinion you need a teacher as a point of

reference. Not only: a group, a community of kundalini yoga students

could be really helpful. Friendly relations are of fundamental

importance, because we are all connected in the unity of life, and

we cannot reach anything staying alone (even if we have to be

independent, self-conscious and responsible). Every inconvenience or

trouble can be solved with the backing of one's Sanghat (community

of spiritual seekers) and the dialogue with other people. You are

doing this via internet, here, and this is a good thing indeed. But

if you are not yet, please get in touch with someone practising KY!
