Hi

 

I have been raising Kundalini regularly to Sahasra but She keeps going

down after giving me bliss for many seconds. I have heard that only

when Kundalini stays in Sahasra permanently, one gets Enlightenment.

So my questions are:

 

1- Why She doesn't stay in Sahasra and goes down again and again?

2- What do I have to do to keep Her in Sahasra permanently?

3- Every time that She goes to Sahasra, does She do any changes to the

mind or brain or consciousness?
