Hi all,

I am very new to Kundalini Yoga and recently had an amazing Kundalini

meditation experience.

Is there anyone here from Portland, OR? I am looking for a Kundalini Yoga

class to take or a group here.

You should find a searchable map of the world with official KY

teachers.

 

I had a quick look and there's about a dozen entries for Portland,

take a look and then let your intuition guide you to the teacher who

is right for you.
